Data we collect

Account details (name, email), order and payment verification data (TrxID / transaction hash), server usage metadata, and support correspondence.

Provisioning and operating servers, verifying payments, preventing fraud/abuse, customer support, and legally required records.

Card-free payments (crypto, mobile banking) mean we never see or store card numbers. Transaction IDs are kept for verification and accounting.

We share data only with infrastructure providers as needed to operate the service, or when required by law. No sale of personal data, ever.

Essential session and security cookies only. Optional privacy-friendly analytics may be used without cross-site tracking.

Request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time via support. Backups rotate out within 30 days.
