These terms govern your use of ContaboVPS hosting services at contaboserver.online. By ordering or using our services you agree to them.
Services
We provide virtual private servers (VPS) with the resources stated on the plan page: vCPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth and an IPv4 address, with full root / administrator access. Deployment is instant after payment verification.
Payments & billing
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in USD. We accept USDT (BSC/TRC20, auto-verified on-chain), bKash, Nagad and Rocket (verified manually, usually within hours). Services suspend automatically on overdue invoices and terminate after 7 days of non-payment.
Refunds
All VPS plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee from first activation. See our Refund Policy for details.
Acceptable use
No spam, phishing, malware, botnets, crypto mining without a dedicated plan, or any illegal activity. Abuse leads to suspension without refund after one warning, immediately for severe cases.
Uptime & support
We target 99.996% network uptime and provide 24/7 support via live chat and tickets. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.
Accounts
You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account, including keeping server software updated.
